Mountaineering Projects

Mountaineering is a long-term journey of progression, commitment and ambition. Each season brings new objectives from technical climbs in the Alps to major expeditions in the Himalayas. My projects are built around meaningful long-term goals that continue to evolve with experience, learning and time in the mountains.

The 14 × 8000ers project

I am currently pursuing the long-term goal of climbing the world's fourteen mountains above 8,000 metres. These peaks are the highest and most demanding on Earth, requiring patience, resilience, teamwork and years of experience. Each expedition is also documented through film and storytelling.

Summits completed so far:

Mount Everest

8,849m

World's highest mountain

Manaslu

8,163m

World's 8th highest mountain

Current objective:

Makalu

8,485m

World's 5th highest mountain

Top of the world! 🏔️🌎✨On 15 May 2025 at 11-00 local time I summited the highest mountain

THE 82 ALPINE 4000ERS

Alongside Himalayan expeditions, I continue my project to climb all 82 recognised 4,000-metre peaks of the Alps. The Alps are my home mountains and remain the perfect training ground for technical ability, movement, judgment and endurance.

Current Progress

41 / 82 summits completed

This project continues each Alpine season.

CURRENT SEASON

Spring 2026 is focused on Nepal and the Himalayas, combining expedition leadership with my personal climbing objectives.

Island Peak

Makalu expedition

Everest Base Camp leadership trek

Makalu showed who’s the boss 🏔️💪🏻We set off on our summit push with a small weather win

The journey continues with future Himalayan objectives, unfinished Alpine goals, and new stories still to be written in the mountains. Each season adds experience, clarity and new ambition. The biggest chapters are still ahead.
